Experts to guide you through the process
Shweta Jaiswal
Shweta Jaiswal, founder of MindBodyBalance (MBB), is a certified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga teacher and a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Chakra Quantum Healing. With a deeply integrative approach, she blends movement, breath, energy work, and conscious awareness to create safe, transformative healing experiences.
An IT professional turned healer. This space has been created with a lot of intention—for you to slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with yourself. Over the next few days, we’ll move gently, breathe consciously, and work with energy to release what no longer serves you and invite balance back in. You don’t need to do anything perfectly here—just arrive as you are.”
Pratyusha Thukral
My journey with yoga began during a time when I was searching for deeper connection—within myself and with the world around me. What started as a physical practice quickly unfolded into something much more profound. Yoga became a grounding force, a way to navigate life with more clarity, compassion, and purpose.
‘You don’t choose yoga .. yoga has chosen you ‘ I think these lines are absolutely True !!
My teaching blends strength and softness, structure and flow. I love guiding classes rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa, but I also integrate restorative, yin, and pranayama techniques depending on the season, energy, or intention of the practice. I believe in listening to the body’s wisdom and creating a space where students feel both challenged and held. To me, yoga is a practice of remembering—of coming home to your body, your breath, and your truth. It’s not about the shape you make on the mat, but how the practice shapes you off the mat: in how you respond to life, how you show up for others, and how deeply you listen.

Veronika

Now I feel called to share this experience, so more people can discover Ecstatic Dance and receive its healing, grounding, and liberating benefits in their own way.
