My Story
For years, I lived in a cycle of hope and heartbreak. After multiple miscarriages and countless rounds of medication, I was left emotionally shattered and physically depleted. The experience shook me to my core—what was meant to be a journey of new beginnings became one of silent suffering and unanswered questions.
At the same time, I was navigating the relentless pace of corporate life, pretending to be okay while carrying the weight of pain that no one could see. My body felt like it had betrayed me, and my mind was lost in a fog of grief and exhaustion.
Desperate for healing, I found my way to yoga. What began as a physical outlet slowly became something much deeper.
I discovered that yoga isn’t just about movement—it’s about stillness.
It’s not just about strength—it’s about surrender.
Through breath, presence, and inner reflection, I began to reclaim the parts of myself that felt broken.
I realized that true wellness isn’t about pushing through—it’s about tuning in. It’s about creating space for both your joy and your pain. It’s about finding balance—not just in your posture, but in your life.
MindBodyBalance was born from this journey. It is my way of holding space for others who are silently struggling, offering not just yoga, but a path to wholeness.
A place to heal, to reconnect, and to remember that you are not alone.
